After hitting my head on the desk a few times trying to debug this construct,
$_SESSION['result']['number'] = $blah;
returning the warning,
"Warning: Cannot use a scalar value as an array"
and not saving my value, I found out that apparently $_SESSION['result'] is a reserved
variable... I changed it to $_SESSION['bresult'] and it works fine.
Just trying to save someone a headache...
