This is simple but was driving me nuts: the '&' delimiter is usually expressed as
& in HTML, but will not work in a header.
Does not work:

header("Location: processes/add.php?project=$project&customerID=$customerID");
?>
Works:

header("Location: processes/add.php?project=$project&customerID=$customerID");
?>
