note 80188 added to function.odbc-connect

Excellent tutorial for connecting to a MS Access database: http://www.phpfreaks.com/tutorials/61/0.php I use IIS for my web server and the only issue I had is that IUSER needed privileges to the database in order for PHP to communicate with it.
