note 80194 added to function.header

Be sure to check that the path to the file you are trying to download is correct. I thought I had done everything right... because the script I was working on prompted for a filename and where to save it, but it was always zero bytes. I tried all different combinations of headers, fread, readfile, get_file_contents to no avail.
