note 80277 added to function.gethostbyaddr

I was having an enormous amount of trouble using this function and could never get past the "Warning: gethostbyaddr() [function.gethostbyaddr]: Address is not a valid IPv4 or IPv6 address" error. It turns out it was something very simple. I had a look through my php.ini file and "register_globals" was turned off.
