I have this code:
var_dump(chr(1)<<chr(1));
I expected charecter with code 0x02, but get this result:
int(0)
In documrntation:
"If both the left- and right-hand parameters are strings, the bitwise operator will operate on
the characters' ASCII values."
Operand '&' and '|' work correctly, but shift NOT WORK.
Why?
