I would like to tell you guys about WAMP. WAMP contains Apache, MySQL, and PHP for Windows. It also contains phpmyadmin for managing MySQL and has a button in the task manager. You can use this button for easy admin of PHP and Apache. You click the buttons and it appens the php.ini acordingly.
