I am completely confused, I want to learn php but I am trully struggling to install it. What does
it mean to set up an ini file? How do you do it?
I'm not a programmer and am completely lost. Is there just a simple way to install it? Like
doubling clicking an executable?
I am running Vista. Any help would be hugely appreciated. (I always hated when people posted
messages like this and now here i am)
