The declaration of this function is wrong.
bool Imagick::paintTransparentImage ( Imagick $targetObj , float $alpha , float $fuzz )
is actually
bool Imagick::paintTransparentImage ( ImagickPixel $targetColor , float $alpha , float $fuzz ).
