note 80827 added to function.getdate

I have an issue where im using getdate to retrive date stamps in the past, as suggested on some of the PHP documentation. How ever, when retrieving the day it will not pad the day with 0's much like the other date functions. Which is causing my script to not look up the DB information correctly.
