note 82005 added to ref.mssql

My Workstation/server: Windows 2000 Advanced Server iis PHP 5.2.5 SQL server Express Could not connect using the following connect string: $sqlconn = mssql_connect "localhost,1433", "user", "password") After 2 days of frustration and reinstalling PHP + SQLEXPRESS and trying EVERYTHING I could find via Google, I found a setting in PHP.INI that I never noticed.
