I am using PHP imagettftext to generate jpg for CJKV ideographic
scripts. The codes in BMP (4-digit hex) works fine. However, now
Unicode has already used Plane 2 (5-digit hex). I hope that the
current php imagettftext is capable of generate a jpg for U+215F6.
