note 82170 rejected from faq.build by nlopess

Note Submitter: meirhaim at yahoo dot com ---- hello i compiled php version 5.2 with vs 2005 and it work only on computer that have vs installed on them , i copied all the dll from the redist directory to the target computer , still dont work and i get an error that says , "the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002) click ok to terminate" what should i do to make it work?
