btw, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER expects an array:
$myHeader = array(
"MIME-Version: 1.0",
"Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1",
"Content-transfer-encoding: text",
);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, $myHeader);
