Note Submitter: overklokan at gameofallgames dot net ---- hello all ! i'm trying to figure out one thing but can't make it work ... i have index.html and it contains src="x.gif" which browser downloads ... i want to reduce requests to server by setting expire date of that .gif to far future (in case i decide to change .gif i would rename it and adjust src inside index.html) same goes for all external .js and .css ... how can i make all those external files cached permanently on client browser e.g. without browser checking "if-modified -since" on page refresh / reload ? thx in advance
