Man, what a pain to get this working on Win 2003 Server. Here's what I had to do to get MSSQL
connections going.
1) Download the latest ntwdblib.dll (from http://www.userscape.com/ntwdblib.dll)
2) Copy that over the existing one in your PHP base dir
3) ALSO copy it to \Windows\system32 (crucial)
4) Do an iisreset
You're set. mssql_connect() will work as expected.
