This function is no longer defined, running it results in:
Call to undefined method tidy::isHtml()
Seeing as tidy::isXhtml() is not implemented yet and always returns false, does anyone have any
other ideas on how to test whether or not a string is HTML?
I'm developing an output filter that runs everything via tidy, obviously for any documents that
are not html but are returned as text (.txt files, xml feeds etc) tidy is attempting to fix them, I
need these types omitted
