I have the weird impression that exceptions are not thrown at all when I instantiate a client
against a non existing URL like that :
<?php
$client = new SoapClient($nonExistingUrl, array('exceptions' => true));
?>
Instead, I get an unhandable fatal error :
=> Fatal error: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'http://non/existing/url'
Isn't that supposed to throw an exception ?
