I found a very strange behaviour in strtotime:
<?
echo strtotime("2008-03-30 1:00 Europe/Berlin +0min")."\n";
echo strtotime("2008-03-30 1:00 Europe/Berlin +60min")."\n";
echo strtotime("2008-03-30 1:00 Europe/Berlin +120min")."\n";
echo strtotime("2008-03-30 1:00 Europe/Berlin +180min")."\n";
echo strtotime("2008-03-30 1:00 Europe/Berlin +240min")."\n";
?>
The output is:
1206835200
1206838800
1206838800
1206842400
1206846000
There was a DST switch taking place, but 60min after 1:00 was not the same time than 120min after
1:00.... Is this a bug or some kind of undocumented "feature"?
