Can PHP access already-existing file descriptors in a similar fashion to Perl's fdopen()
statement? I want to use PHP to write an EAGI application for Asterisk, but I can't find a way
to get PHP to open the file descriptor that Asterisk creates on ID #3 to access the audio channel.
