----
I use NetBeans IDE Early Access for PHP(http://download.netbeans.org/netbeans/6.1/final/) as my IDE.
It is the best I have seen so far. It has Code Completion, Syntax Highlighting, Go To Declaration,
Navigator, Code Folding, Smart Indent, Formatting, Bracket Completion, Parameter Hint, and much
more. And best of all it is free. Try it, you will like it.
