I have a file 'updateLog.php' with <ul>'s of the dates and updates:

<li><a href="pp.php">PowerPoint</a> for Apr 16 updated</li>
<li><a href="index.php#meeting">Next Meeting</a> section

updated</li>
</ul>
</li>
and I am trying to wright somethig to read the log for the 3 most recent and only print them, but I
don't know what to use to read the file.
