On Windows (not sure about Linux) copy will overwrite an existing file but will not change the case
of the existing filename.
In other words if I have a file named "Myfile.txt" and I overwrite it using copy with a
file named "MyFile.txt" it will overwrite it but the filename will remain
"Myfile.txt".
If this is a problem (as it was for me) use unlink to delete the existing file first.
