The Array doesn't get sorted in any way
$test = array(1,1,2,2,2,2,3);
var_dump(array_count_values($test));
array(3) {
[1]=>
int(2)
[2]=>
int(4)
[3]=>
int(1)
}
it just in the order the entries in the original array are.
