Use WAMP.
WebServ is available at SourceForge.
Getting PHP to work in IIS is not worth the trouble (I left comments about this in the appropriate
section).
Instead WAMP has everything you need with the WebServ package. Installs great, works great, MySQL,
PHP, ActivePerl. It's a dream.
