Please note that, under Linux, sleeping time is ignored, but under Windows, it counts as execution
time.

Please note, that we already discussed, whether the sleeping time, when calling sleep(...) is
regarded as execution time or not. An user finally wrote, that under Linux the sleeping time is
ignored, but under Windows, it count's as execution time !
