note 84579 added to function.ziparchive-renamename

I tried the example , but it did not work , and show this error message : Fatal error: Class 'ZipArchive' not found in C:\wamp\www\test\zip.php as a result i search about 'ZipArchive' class in php manual but unfortunatily i found no result about this class?!!!
