Using session.use_trans_sid=1 and url_rewriter.tags='form=fakeentry' produces HTML 4.01
invalid code because the SHORTTAGS in the fakeentry "<input type="hidden" [...]
/>" SHOULD NOT be used in HTML but MUST be used in XHTML.
Even url_rewriter.tags='form=action' can't solve the problem, because the
form-action-attribute is modified but a fakeentry is created too.
Nice to have where a boolean php.ini-directive like this:
rewriter.use_xhtml=0
Also relevant to nl2br()
