If you want to receive the functionality of session.use_only_cookies but are using a PHP version
prior to 4.3.0, here's an easy way:
if (isset($_GET['PHPSESSID'])) {
exit;
}
This assumes:
session.name = PHPSESSID
Is set in /etc/php.ini
