I made a slight alteration to the function below to allow the user to pass an array by reference
instead of by value:
function htmlizeArray(&$txtArray) {
if (is_array($txtArray)) {
foreach ($txtArray as $key => $val) {
htmlizeArray($val);
}
}
else {
htmlentities($txtArray);
}
}
