Hi All,
I tried the following rewrite rule and it works fine
Options +FollowSymlinks
RewriteEngine on
RewriteRule ^(.*)\.htm$ $1.php [nc]
However, this example only works when the pages are all accessed via http but if one of the links is
pointing to a https URL e.g. user is being redirected to a secure login.html (which is translated by
the rewrite rule to login.php), the rewrite rule will display a page not found (login.php) error
although the actual login.php file is there.
How can you make this rule work on both http and https.
For e.g. assuming that the HTTP host is
âhttp://www.example.comâ
and that the https host is âhttps://web99.secure-secure.com/example.com/â?
Regards,
Hayden
