note 85212 added to function.timezone-abbreviations-list

If anyone is confused about the US/Pacific-New that appears in the list, apparently it has something to do with a bill that was that was passed by the House in 1989, but never signed into law. It has to do with delaying the switchover until after the election. Read more about it at http://catless.ncl.ac.uk/Risks/13.87.html and it should be the first posting. Or just do a search for US/Pacific-New. ---- Server IP: 208.69.120.35 Probable Submitter: 74.10.23.98 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.timezone-abbreviations-list.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/85212 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85212/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85212/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85212/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85212/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85212/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85212/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85212 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/85212 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
