If you set CURLOPT_RESUME_FROM to resume the file, and then reuse the same Curl handle to download
another file, you must reset the resume status by calling curl_setopt( $ch, CURLOPT_RESUME_FROM, 0
). It will not reset, and will apply to all subsequent transfers even if the URL is the same.
