note 85422 rejected from function.strtotime by mgf

I install new php-5.2.6 with apache server.
I found an wrong value in strtotime function.
$thismonthday=date("Y-m-d", strtotime("Second Saturday August 2009"));
The result is "2009-8-15" it is the third saturday.
Am I wrong ?
Please let me know
