you can separate DIRS from FILES in two arrays with a little script like :D ...

$files = scandir ( $dir ) ;
foreach( $files as $pos => $file ) {
if( is_dir( $file ) ) {
$dirs[] = $file ;
unset( $files[$pos] ) ;
}
}
?>
