Just a note to Verdauga about her note to Blooptech... In International English (as opposed to US English), 'and' is used to separate numbers - so you would say 'Four thousand, seven hundred and twenty eight'. For decimals, you would say 'point three four' instead of 'and thirty four hundredths'.
