note 85525 added to install.windows.building

The links to download the Windows Build tools ZIP file and the DNS Name Resolver do not work on this page. They take me to a page alerting me that these names are not recognized functions... "but here are 20 functions that are close in spelling." Seeing as we have to compile the build before I can use MySQL, and we have to have these tools to compile, can you fix this, please? Or is there another place for me to download these items, directly? Both links appear twice on the page, and all four are incorrect. ---- Server IP: 64.71.164.2 Probable Submitter: 70.226.83.29 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.building.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/85525 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85525/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85525/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85525/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85525/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85525/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85525/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/85525 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/85525 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
