note 85613 added to language.oop5.typehinting

To follow up on my original post dealing with the type hinting class I provided: Kalkamar is absolutely correct, it is slow and is a hack. Everyone who uses it and wants to see this type of syntax native needs to post on the 'php internals' development thread in support.
