note 85775 added to function.opendir

Help me in accessing the shared network directories. I am using WAMP server. I want to access shared network directories using opendir() function in php every time i tried to access it it fails please me how should i access it. It gives me this error Warning: opendir(//HYDRAZDUNGEON/Anime) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: No error in C:\wamp\www\tutorials\directory\dir_list_3.php on line 23 Is apache restricting me. Please tell me in steps how could i access the shared network directories using php and Apache.
