note 85944 added to function.pdo-pgsqllobopen

I am getting nothing but the OID reference number from the above example. Also I can't use fpassthru(), but must use echo or print together with a header(). Nomatter how you twist and turn the above example, it just doesn't work with PostgreSQL.
