Bug? fopen() on a ftp-url does not allow to override a file, if a file exists in the specified
location. It doesn't matter, if you use w, w+, a or something else. You just get "File
exists" - and thats true, but we don't care, and therefore it seems to be a bug, right? We
just wanted to write a file, and that should work, when we say "w" or "w+" for
"write" :(
