note 85974 added to function.imagecreatetruecolor

Richard Davey rich at corephp dot co's code is "almost" great except that it creates some interference with file creation/reading under Debian R3 when using imagecreatetruecolor among with imagesavealpha and imagefill. I have a code that creates a txt file with data that is readen by a second PHP file that later generates an image but I noted that the txt file was not found in the server. It worked fine in Windows but Debian just didn't keep the txt file in the directory. I switched to thomas dot urban at toxa dot de's code with the corresponding fix on imagecolorallocatealpha instead of imagecolorallocate and it worked fine both in Windows and Debian.
