<p>To run CURL library in PHP under Windows I made this:</p>
<p>In php.ini:<br>
include_path="C:\Program Files\PHP4\extensions;C:\windows\system\";</p>
<p>I don't now if all of this requred, but I could normally start Apache only after that.
(Before this I've made all of other recommendations described here, including copying dlls to
windows\system directory.)</p>
