Hi guys, i just wanted to ask a question about exec().
We have a problem here in the company I work for. Can somebody give me more inforamtion about the
third parameter of exec() - $return_var.
What value is returned if the execution was successful ?
In my case it seems to be an integer with the value of 1.
But one of my colleagues claims that on his computer the value is either untouched or 0.
Here is the code snippet.
......
$return_i = 0;
exec("$command_s", $output_a, $return_i);
......
On my computer the value of $return_i after exec is 1. Is it possible this to be different on his
???
Thanks in advance
