note 86565 added to install.windows.manual

Hello, I'm using windows xp professional edition. I recently installed PHP and apache on my system. Apache, apareantly, is working. I also configured PHP and Apache to work together, as recomemded by the author of one book I bought. Now, when I test phpinfo.php I get a message asking me if I want to download the file. It doesn't show the result expected when you type that in your localhost/phptest.php.
