Small correction to "george dot langley at shaw dot ca" 's comment: "/n" should read "\n", which is the same as C/C++ escapes (also \t, \r, etc.). Beware of: Print ("Hello\nLine 2"); //Returns "Hello <new_line> Line 2" Print ('Hello\nStill Line 1'); //Returns "Hello\nStill Line 1" literally ---- Server IP: 69.147.83.197 Probable Submitter: 213.22.35.104 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/introduction.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/86640 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86640/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86640/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86640/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86640/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86640/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86640/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86640 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/86640 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
