The example shown in the manual does the exact opposite of what it says. It should rather be : "Hello " "Hello world" (and not just "world" as writen) if the buffer isn't erased by ob_get_contents. PS: ok it've tested it, and indeed, the second var contains "Hello world". Please correct the example. ---- Server IP: 69.147.83.197 Probable Submitter: 90.23.228.40 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.ob-get-contents.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/86904 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86904/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86904/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86904/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86904/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86904/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86904/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/86904 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/86904 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
