note 87246 added to function.curl-setopt

Neither CURLPROXY_HTTP nor CURLOPT_PROXY seems to work, if you want to tunnel through a proxy. I have wasted much time until I prooved this by retrieving my server's IP. E.g. Zend Framework's proxying works, I get the IP of the proxy server, not mine.
