This description is a bit outdated. I don't know since when, but I am using PHP 4.2.3 and an
argument has been added.
I have used this and this works (and take special note to the last argument) :
call_user_function_ex(CG(function_table), NULL, function_name, &return, 1, array, 0, NULL
TSRMLS_CC) == FAILURE
Hope this helps. Took me one news post on php.dev to find out ;)
