Notice that when using <?php header("Location: http://www.example.com/"); ?> RFC 2616 states that
you must use an absolute URI.
Correct:
<?php header("Location: http://www.example.com/test.php"); ?>
Incorrect:
<?php header("Location: www.example.com/test.php"); ?>
<?php header("Location: test.php"); ?>
